We do not live in Gillette WY we were visiting from out of state. We stopped at the Walmart there. Our two children were hungry so we got in line at Subway. After we got in line the young lady put a sign on the counter. My husband then walks up. She looksat us and told us she could not help us she was going on break while helping the people in front of us. She was rude and veryunprofessional. And who just closes a store with people in line. She probably lost the company money. She was young. This was8/15/21 at 1:45 pm she should mot be working at a subway.
The employee working today was very rude. Every time I visit during lunch when she’s on shift, I feel like an inconvenience. She took my order with an earbud in and didn’t hear me properly. After I finished ordering, she slammed the glass counter and didn’t even wish me a good day, despite me saying it to her first. This is consistently how she treats customers. Very unpleasant experience.
The restaurant was tidy, and the sandwich artist was very pleasant, making the sandwiches exactly as I envisioned. I rated it 4 stars because the bread was slightly stale and not as soft as I would have liked. I ordered a steak and cheese and a BLT, both on white bread. I would think about coming back if the bread was softer.
Every time I place an online order (which is required to access the deals), my food is never ready at the scheduled pickup time. Today, I arrived 10-15 minutes after the pickup time and still had to wait and watch them prepare my four footlongs. If I have to wait in line anyway, what's the point of promoting online ordering?

I understand that Subway may have only one person working (which is not the employee's fault), but it’s nearly 9 a.m. and they aren’t open yet, even though they’re supposed to open at 8:30. The service is always great, and I just wish they would open on time so I can enjoy their menu as expected.
I had a disappointing experience at the Walmart Subway. The woman at the counter met my greeting with a cold stare, and her behavior was quite harsh as she slammed the containers into place. I ultimately chose to walk out.
The Subway near Home Depot in Gillette is amazing! The service is top-notch, and they put a lot of effort into making your sandwich. The team is wonderful!
Maxine is the best cashier I have encountered at a fast food place. She is always happy. She makes you want to come back every day.

Love the girls that work here. But it's 830 and yall are suppose to be open.
