This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. Whenever I order online, they get my order wrong nearly every time. I have a serious lactose intolerance and cannot eat cheese, so I always request my sandwich without it. Unfortunately, they almost always include cheese anyway, and by the time I get home, I'm unable to eat what I ordered. They really need someone on staff who can properly understand the online ordering system.
Great team in place! Patient, courteous, and quick. Two folks running the store and efficiently handled 15-20 orders while we had our meal and did it with professionalism. Haven’t had this type of service at a Subway in a while which is why this spot rates as high as it does. Leslie and Arvin are a fantastic duo.
I have no complaints. This Subway is located inside a strip mall near Chicago Executive Airport. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh, with everything made to order. The staff were polite, and the service was fast. Overall, a very positive experience.

The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is well-maintained and clean. While Subway sandwiches tend to taste similar no matter the location, they are always delicious.
The team at Dixie's is fantastic—definitely the best Subway I've ever been to! I'm a huge fan! I just wish she and her family owned all of the locations!
This is my go-to subway. I always appreciate how friendly the staff is, how quickly they make the food. Will be back soon! Best Subway around.
