Only reason I gave one star is because that?s the only way I could post. Worst customer service ever! I did an online order and had it delivered and all three footlongs were not made as they should?ve. I called in the first time a guy picked up the phone I explained and he didn?t say anything back and kept actin as if he couldn?t hear: I called back a 2-3 times they didn?t pick up the fourth time a female answer I?m explaining again to her we did an online order they subway not door dash but either way the sandwiches where incorrect she put the phone down without saying hold on or anything and went to yelling and talking to the other workers about how they never messed up any orders and just...
I can't wait for the option to give zero stars because this place truly deserves none. There were three employees, but only one was actually making sandwiches while the other two seemed to be hiding in the back. I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity as the sole server prepared multiple sandwiches for a family. I was completely taken aback by the lack of acknowledgment and the unnecessary wait. Rest assured, I won’t be making the mistake of returning. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand—I see now they were spot on.
This was my second visit to the restaurant. The place was quite clean, even though they are remodeling. However, the staff making the sandwiches were moving very slowly and seemed to lack an efficient system. Normally, one person puts the meat and cheese on the bread and then passes it to the next person to finish the sandwich, but that wasn't how they were doing it—they were swapping roles quite a bit, which was amusing. Nevertheless, I still plan to return.
Worse subway I?ve been too. I wasn?t greeting coming in and she stood there talking to her coworkers while We waited on here to finish her conversation!! The girl was nonchalant and they do not have anything in there , they out of everything!!!!!!! While making my sandwich she kelp going to the back to refill what I was asking for . Worst subway that I have been to. They didn?t have soap in the bathroom and no hand sanitizer outside the bathroom. I asked for a cup for water they did not give me that. I asked toasted sandwich and it was the coldest sandwich I ever received. Again if I could give them zero star I would do that?
I was served the driest Italian bread I've ever had. When I requested fresh bread, I was informed that it couldn't be touched for 30 minutes due to the rules. I'm fairly certain that serving burnt bread should also be against the rules. Such a waste of my money, shaking my head.
I decided to come here after experiencing rude service at the Burlington store, and I haven't looked back since. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming. Yes, they may be young, but they are incredibly kind. Don't forget to tip in cash!
