I visited the restaurant to place an order and used the restroom first. Unfortunately, the woman at the front presumed my fiancé was there just to use the restroom, not to order. She harassed him by knocking on the door while he was inside, and when he exited, she told him the restroom was only for customers, assuming he wasn't one. When it was my turn to use the restroom, she remained silent towards me but began complaining to another customer. It's disappointing that she would make such assumptions based on restroom usage. Came in to order food but used the restroom first and the lady at the front racially profiled my fiancé assuming he came in to use the restroom and not order food. She harassed him, knocked on the door while he was using it and when he came out she saidit?s only for customers assuming he wasn?t a customer. When I went to use the restroom she didn?t say anything to me but startedcomplaining to a customer who was ordering. Do better! Don?t assume, because someone is using the restroom first they aren?tordering. You make things uncomfortable and run your customers away. The lady was short and Indian. When we got ready to ordershe was on the phone, arms crossed and just rude.
Why, Subway? What happened?? Our first sandwich maker chose the wrong type of bread and only acknowledged our reminders after several prompts. Then she handed us the oldest loaf available. To make matters worse, she walked away from the counter and our sandwiches to cough (I hope she washed her hands afterward?). The amount of cheese she added was almost negligible, leading to uneven toasting, so we had to request more. Another staff member was quite helpful, but unfortunately, he touched his mask while preparing our food. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway!
The staff at this restaurant is incredible; they truly go above and beyond to ensure that your order is spot on from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, I felt a warm welcome. They even helped me with my order when I was unsure of what to choose. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their deluxe option for those who prefer not to have double meat or cheese! Since our move, we haven't been to a Subway in years, despite their locations being everywhere. I'm happy to say that the quality and taste remain outstanding, the service is welcoming, and the prices are fair. I also appreciate that they now offer packaged tomatoes and spinach as choices for their delicious bread!
The staff is consistently polite and genuinely kind. They work hard to ensure that your order is correct and that you receive your food promptly. The ingredients are always fresh!
