This has always been our go-to Subway location for our family. The kids already ordered and as we are about to pay I take out the coupon sheet and then was told... oh we don 't take coupons anymore . Last time we came and used coupons was probably around February. If your location isn 't planning to take coupons anymore, I suggest you post it somewhere BEFORE people are done making their sandwiches and are already going to the register. My amily will be going to another location from now on.
I was served by a Felicia and was extremely displeased with her service . There was no greeting, she rushed into and through the order and was unbelievably hasty. (there was a single other customer who was already being served by another worker) She had an irritated tone all the way through the order and was extremely skimpy with the vegetables. Even her wrapping was messy so all together I 'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with my order and experience.
Terrible service! I order from this location three times a week, but this experience was unacceptable. I specifically ordered flatbread, but they made my sandwiches with multigrain bread instead. I also received an email saying I hadn’t completed my order, but when I arrived, my sandwiches were ready. I strongly advise against ordering from this location! DUMBO doesn’t seem to understand that it was a computer issue!
I visited on August 14, 2021, around noon. The young woman who attended to us was outstanding. She greeted us upon our arrival and provided excellent service throughout our meal. I visited on a Saturday evening and noticed there was only one person working. While I understand it's not their fault, the wait time for just one sandwich was far too long. They really need at least one more staff member. I would recommend trying a different Subway location instead.
So hot and didn't want to cook. Decided to pick up a sandwich. Glad I stopped here at this Subway. Steve was so sweet and his entire demeanor was just amazing. He was kind, professional and courteous. He made me a great sandwich and I will definitely be back. Thanks Steve!
The staff is friendly, but I've noticed that the bread is always stale whenever I visit this location. It truly makes the sandwiches less appealing. If you wear dentures, I would suggest avoiding this place, as you might struggle to enjoy the food.
I come here to get a sandwich for my son almost every Friday. The ladies I know are always so friendly and friendly. My son says the meatball sandwich on cheese bread is the best ever. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had to return because my order was incorrect. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. Do not order from this Subway. They have really lost touch with their customer service.
