i worked at subway, about 4 months. enough to tell me i 'll never go there for another sandwich again. the place is ran by a husband and a wife. the wife is very sweet, but the husband belittles the workers.. very rude to them and their costumers.. they have a big bug problem, fruit fly 's, and ants.. whole health code violation, one morning a sweet young lady came in before going to work and i had gotten to the veggie section after pulling her sub out of the oven and i reached into the lettuce bucket and grab a serving size and there i put it on her sandwich and there was a fly stuck in the lettuce!!! NASTY! i immediately threw her sandwich away to make another clean one and after i had rem...
I live in Shawnee and visit this subway quite frequent tonight I went there @6pm to get dinner for my family and noticed a closed sign on the door. When I knocked on the door I saw 2 employees working they told me they were closed due to short staff. I'm sorry but I'm a nurse coming off a 10 hr shift at the hospital where we are truly short staffed is not an excuse to close down at dinner time. You make it work and continue with your shift .
Out of all the subways in my area, this one is my favorite to go to. The guy who is usually working behind the counter is a really nice guy. I've never had an issue with any order I've ever placed or ordered while inside. The food is good of course as it's what you expect from a Subway. It's usually pretty clean inside and has a nice little area for sitting and eating inside.
Subway don't honor sub of the day that's on website. Manager couldn't even come out in talk to me. Employee came out after washing dishes to make my sub which I didn't get and just put his gloves on didn't wash hands or nothing nasty af. Was there around 7:40 pm today. Terrible experience. This subway use to be great I'll be reporting to corporate

Owners are kinda rude and rushy. They put stuff on your sub you don’t ask for. But the normal staff are all sweet people expecially katelyn she always had a smile on her face. But the owner kept asking are you done after i just put one veggie on my sub before i even had time to ask for another with no one else in line.
I had a great experience with my sandwich, despite the chaos happening around me. The staff remained professional and delivered a delicious meal, even while dealing with a very upset customer who was quite small but made a big scene.
The owners seem unfriendly, and the vegetable portions are quite lacking. Overall, it’s not a very pleasant place to dine.
Fast, friendly and fresh. Our favorite Subway by far. Young man has been there forever and is always so kind. 12 stars!!
