It seems that this location has really declined since the pandemic. During the few times I've visited, the service has been consistently poor, with staff displaying rudeness and a lack of effort in preparing sandwiches. My orders are frequently incorrect in some way. I understand that working in food service can be tough, but I wish the team would at least show some care for their work now and then. If you're not happy with your jobs, it might be worth looking for employment elsewhere. I went to pay for my order and asked for the UNOH discount and was told the new owners don't do that anymore, also the price was $2 more than usual before the discount and I was fine with that and paid and was talking to the respectable employee behind the counter and learned that the new owners took away employee meals. And now that isn't okay to me. Once I learned that I could tell that all the other employees are not talking to each other and overall the atmosphere is way down from what it once was. Hopefully the Scum that bought this Subway learns what it takes to make it enjoyable to go here.
Do you all just prepare whatever you want for online orders? I've only heard from others that the orders are almost never correct. I decided to give it a try anyway, and they were right. Not to mention, it took over an hour for my food to arrive, which is pretty embarrassing. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else instead.
They take coupons! This subway is always busy, but they're fast. I've never seen that many employees behind the counter at a subway before. There's never any waiting time and they're generous with the toppings. One time their card reader froze and they gave me both subs for free even tho I offered to pay

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't possess the best people skills. However, we were under a tornado watch and experiencing a severe thunderstorm, so I'm sure that had an impact on them. I suppose not everyone can be as outgoing and friendly as I am!
