This subway has been the closest to my house for years and I've been coming here frequently since about 2014. A few years ago, they got new owners and staff members and since then, I've avoided this location like the plague. They are stingy with the meat and veggies, making the sandwich look essentially empty. The last time I went in I got a foot long turkey and asked for lettuce and tomato... the lettuce didn't even cover all of the bread and the lady put only 5 tomato slices. I also had to ask for additional spinach and mustard, which seemed to **** her off even more.If you want to get a good sandwich, go to a different location. The people are rude and don't appreciate you as a customer....
I ordered three sandwiches online, but all of them were made incorrectly. The staff acknowledged that they forgot to include the extra meat I paid for. They promised to remake the sandwiches, but when I went to pick them up, I was informed that it had to be done the same day and it was too late. I attempted to speak with a manager but never received a callback. I've tried calling the store dozens of times; they often don’t answer, and if they do, the manager is never available. It's such a simple issue to address, yet they refuse to resolve it. I wouldn't recommend ordering online.
I ordered a foot long and a six inch honestly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had the vegetables were frozen she put 5 olives on my foot long and let’s not talk about the avocado SHE DIDNT TALE THE AVOCADO SEED OUT AND SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO CUT AROUND THE SEED…. Asking for more of anything is near impossible because it’s the the end of the world if you dare ask Nonetheless I’m annoyed and she didn’t cut my sandwich.Worst subway ever

The open sign was lit, all the lights were on, and the door was ajar, all indicating that they were within their posted operating hours. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter rudely shouted, without even glancing at me, “We’re closed!” There was no explanation provided. Unsurprisingly, I left and haven’t gone back since.
This is definitely my favorite Subway location. The gentleman with glasses consistently ensures that my order is prepared exactly how I like it and is very friendly. I wish all employees could provide this level of service. I've never had a bad experience when he's on shift.
They still don't offer sourdough bread on the menu, which is surprising. The prices are also quite high. The sandwich mostly consists of bland bread with little flavor.
