one night after getting tired of visiting the tourist sites in Paris, as is close to the novotel we went to the subway, a chain in which we normally consider that the food is of our liking. In this subway in particular, it was not of our pleasure, the girl who attended was looking forward to the private visit she had during so hours of work than to attend to the client. as we couldn't understand each other in French, we tried to communicate in English with her, but it didn't make the slightest effort to understand each other. The staff were grumpy and it appeared that serving the customers was a nuisance. I ordered coffee and a sandwich. Once the guy had prepared the sandwich he then said the coffee machine is broken so why didn't he tell me at the outset? All that seemed to be on offer were bottles of coke etc. so being diabetic I asked for a glass of water. He charged me the earth for bottled water and pointed to a refrigerator when he should have given me tap water free of charge. The water turned out to contain lemon and sugar so I left the water.Best avoid this one.

Went in for a meatball marinara sub but was told they didnt do them even though was on the menu board! Coffee was very poor and service was basic with the food being thrown together!
He worst service of any subway I have been to. No consideration for customers. Keep customers waiting for service. Should seriously consider other places to eat.
