would like to express my terrible experience today. I was with my parents today who just came from a procedure done and were hungry. I am a home owner and get the subway coupon in my mail. I called ahead of time and asked this manager don't know her name white girl and when I reached the store and presented the coupon she said only one per customer. I clearly told her that you told me on the phone that you accept coupons but she rudely denied saying that she said only 1 coupon !!! Total lie she never said that . Next there was another coupon which says free drink with any footlong purchases but she denied that too. I then requested her my parents are hungry and we need lunch soon. I even req...
When a customer comes in and treats the employees with a smile and tips them for,et 's face it, doing the job they 're already paid to do, and in turn the tending employee doesn 't even say thank you for the tip even though she was clearly there to see what was deposited into the tip bucket, then it 's either retrain/repurpose/fire the employee OR customer goes elsewhere next time. Date/timestamp of event Nov. 16, 2021 at approx. 6:30pm local time. Subway food is good, but it 's not the leader over others (I only came here out of convenience during travels, but Jersey Mike 's is better). Way too many other alternatives to be annoyed by untrained employees.
Giving 1 star because they (might be just this one employee) don't know what's veggies. My dad ordered veggie delite with ALL VEGGIES and the person working put little bit of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. They didn't put rest of the veggies like olives, bell peppers, and other veggies. Couldn't taste any veggies and bread seems old not fresh. Tried calling them but they didn't pick up. Terrible service.
I have been going regularly here for few times. the quality of service is really going to the drain. They try to rush thru making sandwich with out filling proper vegetables. I saw Sandwich artist ??? put three piece of cucumber and 3 pieces of tomato in the sandwich. I would never visit going forward and do not recommend people to go. find some other place.

Was gonna order food. Then I saw there was some major issues. From the sandwich making to the refilling of the station. Cross contamination by one employee handling items from the customer then back to touching tools and products without changing gloves. Then one other employee refilling the line with only one glove on.
Avoid avoid avoid! They send coupons for locals and don't take them but don't tell you until last second when you pay. They also DO NOT ring the sandwiches up with the same price as that is on the board. The sandwich was terrible and to make it worse mid bite I pulled out an arm hair. So unsanitary.
The lettuce, pickles, and all the vegetables were turning brown. When I asked if there were any fresh options available in the back, I was told there weren’t any. I ended up feeling sick all day after eating the sandwich, and I would never return to this location again.
The sandwich was lacking in meat and toppings. It felt like they were skimping, as if they were trying to conserve ingredients for later. Honestly, I could have made a much larger sandwich at home for half the price.

I ordered a footlong sandwich on Uber and only received half of the sandwich. I tried calling twice and they don’t answer the phone. Quite upsetting.
I visited today, and I was disappointed to find out that they don't accept subway coupons. I won't be returning.
