My sandwich was made very messy. Website, subway app, and store-front hours sign all say closing at 10:30 pm. I go to pick up my sandwich and they said they wouldn’t grill and toast it since they’re closing. This order was placed before 8pm. And when I got home, the sandwich wasn’t even cut! Also from the several other times I’ve gone to this place it’s proven to be the most slow-serviced subway restaurants I’ve ever been to.
I went for lunch and they didn't have any sub bread available. I was surprised by this oversight. The staff making sandwiches were unfriendly and it seemed like they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Although I typically enjoy Subway, I am not shocked that this particular location has received many one-star reviews.
I’m only writing this because this is the worst subway I have ever been to and I love the Subway franchise wholeheartedly. I got the steak and cheese and there was barely any meat. They never have the bread option I am looking for as well. The staff is unwelcoming and inattentive. Never coming back .
Customer service is abysmal. The employees are constantly talking instead of working, which backs up the line considerably. Fastest subway service I've ever experienced, staff was nice, quick, and efficient. They had an operation running I tell you. Food was, well, subway, you know what to expect, good but just a bit overpriced. 5 stars total however because of service!
Cashier did not charge me correctly. Ended up payong more for less because they were flustered. Also choked on this is my soupIts some kind of sticker for the soup? Avoid the soup guys
I do not recommend this place at all. My meatball sub lacked flavor and had a slightly unpleasant smell, which I found off-putting. It was a waste of $14. I will not be returning.
