Used to be my old stomping grounds as a kid, and we always ended up here for lunch and or dinner. Even when I visit there when I'm in the area staff still recognise me which is nice. Food is always fresh and delicious, and the Gravy they serve there is a very fond memory I have of that place. I recommend either the chicken burger combo or the delicious lamb hot pack. If you go close to this area would be well worth the stop.
When they first opened the chicken was perfectly cooked with juicy breasts. Then local morons complained and the council forced them to cook their chooks longer, now they’re like other charcoal chickens with 100% crispy skin but slightly dry breast. Having said that, overall still a very good local fast food place.
Always a great place for its chickens chicken rolls everything else they sell. Staff are always friendly. With QR codes now in use, there needs to be more before you walk in the store, one near where you order isn't sufficient as you have to wait till people move away before you can scan.
Just got 1/4 ch. chips with gravy. Chips were over salted and flacid despite me asking for very crunchy. Chicken was good with a hint of charcoal taste but star of the show was the gravy; whatever mix they use i want some. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
good grief. “no salt on the chips” for these people is still enough to burn your lips off and, don’t get me started on the overcooked chicken “schnitzel“ which kept me up all night burning a hole in my lower intestines...
Variety and presentation is ok for a small suburban eatery but all that is fried is burned and bitter. The chips are either over or undercooked. Not a very good experience.
Their chickens are great and the food overall is good. Love the layout of the place and the cost of the food is reasonable and the staff are pleasant and friendly.
