I had a doctor's appointment at Park Tree Community Health Center on Thursday, October 27, 2022, and I thought I'd grab a quick lunch at this Taco Bell. However, I was taken aback to find the doors locked and no staff visible at 12:30 PM on a weekday. It left me wondering—had everyone quit? Were they all let go? I have no idea what happened, but Taco Bell really needs to get its act together. It seems like they set their own hours and choose when to be open. According to their website, they should have been operating, but clearly, that's not the case. It's really frustrating!
Yesterday, I bought two burritos and a quesadilla for myself and my coworker. We shared the quesadilla, and while we were eating our burritos, my coworker discovered a dead fly in one of them. When I took the food back to the restaurant, the manager only refunded part of my order, claiming that since we had almost finished the quesadilla, it didn't qualify for a refund. She said it was her policy. I couldn't believe it and asked her who she thought she was, given she was only a 25-year-old shift manager. I swear, I will never eat at Taco Bell again.
This Taco Bell is rarely open when it says it should be. I don't understand why their posted hours online and on the door are incorrect. I've tried using the drive-thru both in the morning and evening, but it's always closed. I've seen people inside the restaurant, so maybe they just don't run the drive-thru?

The slushy machine is constantly out of order, just like the new ice cream machine at McDonald's. Honestly, Taco Bell, you make over $20,000 a month—surely you can do better than this!
