The restaurant never opens on time as advertised. Despite their online hours stating they are open from 10:30am to 11pm, they are consistently closed before noon and after 7pm. Despite claiming to be short-staffed, employees are often seen standing outside smoking cigarettes instead of opening the drive-thru. If possible, I would give zero stars for this level of service. Unfortunately, this is the only location in the area. They need to seriously improve their operations.
We've stopped going for multiple reasons. The dining room has been closed for years now even though other area Taco Bells have opened theirs. Drive through is insanely slow to the point where 40 minutes is a normal wait. They also close early atrandom. Hint: if you're having trouble staffing your store then PAY A FAIR WAGE. Other area fast food locations are more orless back to normal so there's really no excuse at this point.
had an online order here, picked it up and brought it home, and noticed more than half of my order missing. I spent about $80 on my lunch and didn't get all of it. also the container of the heavy were a little open and it got everywhere. absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it is busy, but they should check every bag twice! when they get eat from here, they should be careful that they are likely to lack food.
The employees at this location informed me that it is drive-thru only, but I was able to walk in. I arrived in a work van that was too tall to fit under the 9-foot clearance. Despite this, two employees were standing around and not offering assistance, making it difficult for me to quickly grab some food and continue on to my next job. this place has been downhill for years. Now it's just a packed ride-thru going on the main road that will eventually cause an accident. they sit at least 20 minutes in the snake when they are happy. it is no wonder that they can not get the personal for the place because the owners do not care for employees. you better go to another place in town.
This is a Taco Bell/KFC location; the ideal combo to most. However, this location specifically is the worst. I have been consistently let down by their wait times inside and drive thru, their customer service, and overall cleanliness of the establishment. I am in awe of how this is acceptable.
I understand that you may be short-staffed, but it is unacceptable to serve chicken with peeling skin and coleslaw that has turned. Please consider shutting down if you cannot provide better quality food.
We placed an online order for KFC and waited in line here for 20 minutes only to be told that KFC was closed and there was no order. We paid online. A sign would be nice saying that KFC was closed. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
not sure why they still can't often get the lobby. drive them thru takes forever and in the usually forgotten or massed at least 1 thing.
