I experienced the worst customer service at this restaurant. The person who took my order was incredibly rude. I was placing an order for three people, and after she took my first order, she abruptly told me, “Okay, pull up.” I replied, “No, ma’am, I’m not finished,” and she responded dismissively. It felt like all I could see were cars at the drive-thru because of how slow and impolite the service was. I will definitely not be returning to this Taco Bell and cannot recommend it. However, feel free to check it out for yourself. It was truly the worst experience!
Food is good, building is new and clean, but it is EXTREMELY SLOW! Prepare to sit in the line for upwards of 30 plus minutes with minimal cars (maybe 2) and this was before the pandemic. I thought maybe it was just one occasion, but it has been consistent every time I have visited this location. Very slow ?fast food?.
This particular Taco Bell in Bowie is fantastic. The food is consistently excellent. Occasionally, their customer service may be a bit slow, but that's usually because of the high demand—good food tends to create that! Go figure! Lol...
Bruh no DO NOT go to this Taco Bell after midnight. The cashier lady will get your order wrong, and shawty had a bad attitude.. I ordered beef tacos, ended up giving me chicken smh, and charging me for more items than what I asked for

This restaurant is spotless, and the staff is very professional. The manager is always ready to assist. The food consistently tastes fantastic—just as good as it did three years ago. It remains a wonderful dining experience!
This Taco Bell is fantastic! The place seems to have new management, as it was quite clean and well-organized. The food was excellent, and the staff were all in great spirits, which is always a good sign.
Service not up to standards add side nacho cheese and I get less than a 1/2 cup and who's going to turn around and go back it's like not worth the gas to turn around sad ?
I arrived at 6 a.m. and was impressed by the respectful and friendly demeanor of the young man who assisted me. Great job with customer service!
