I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, thinking any problem might be a one-time thing, but this never seems to change. It takes 45 minutes to receive your order, even when you walk in and place it through their system. Half the time, they just close unexpectedly with no explanation, and management seems to be nowhere to be found. People love Taco Bell for its quick service, but at this location, you could get better food faster at a Mexican restaurant for about the same price. This location definitely needs to improve.
I’m not a fan of kiosks. The prices for the food were too high, and I would rate the food quality a 4 out of 10. The staff wasn't friendly, and I didn’t like the new look or the ordering system either. I wouldn’t eat here again. I noticed that I wasn’t the only one who felt this way; at 12:15 p.m., there was only one other customer present. I ended up going to a nearby McDonald's for dessert, and there were 13 cars ahead of us in line. It’s disappointing because I used to truly love the Taco Bell tacos and Taco Supremes.
Ordered pickup, soft taco was cold, nothing warm about it; and the bowl order was wrong it was just the basic cantina bowl that was probably prepared earlier and sat there. The bowl I ordered was supposed to have removed the black beans and add extra chicken, potatoes, and nacho cheese sauce. This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited! I highly recommend avoiding this location. They close early, are often understaffed, and regularly run out of ingredients. It's a total mess. I've given them four chances, but each time has been disappointing! The management really needs to implement some changes. My experiences have been terrible, and I seldom receive what I actually ordered. It's just unacceptable.

On the app ordered to pick up on the drive thru. I told the spokesman that I ordered in the app and my name and was told to raise. Arrived at the window and the girl stopped the card scanner. I told her that my money was paid and she bothered. Then I asked my name and gave me my food. I had to ask for my drink. When I came back to eat my power bowl, not a fork.
Taco Bell is the worst! Please avoid this location. I've visited four times, and each experience has been terrible. The service is lacking, and it's a complete disaster. The owners need to be addressed because this place is just bad. They never seem to understand your order, and it's frustrating. Overall, a terrible experience.
Like many places today, Taco Bell seems to be experiencing staff shortages. Although the dining area was empty except for us, the drive-thru line was quite long, resulting in a longer-than-usual wait for our food. Our order was accurate, including the modifications, and everything was well prepared.
This is the best Taco Bell I've discovered in the area. They have extended hours, and I've seldom received an incorrect order. The only downside is that the drive-thru can be annoyingly slow; I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes in line, but that tends to happen after 8 or 9 PM.
