Whenever I come here one thing or another is wrong with my order. It shouldn?t be that hard to read a screen. Update: after noticing they messed up my order I called to let them know I was on the way back to get it fixed this was 15 min before closebut if you don?t want people coming back maybe don?t mess up the order so badly and I was told they were already closed. If youwant messed up food and trashy customer service this is the place for you. Another one: gave me a nacho fry with mainlypotatoes ???
Very unprofessional employees. One manager was yelling at another employee in front of customers on the lobby about taking too long in the bathroom and that other people were waiting. There were other people that could have helped. Just barking demandsand being disrespectful to other team members. She kept going on and ridiculing them I felt bad for that person because they didnot look well. This was around 12:05 pm on 10/20/22. Those conversations should not be happening in public like that
I encountered an issue with my Uber Eats order. I placed my order, and just before it was supposed to be delivered, I received a notification that Taco Bell had canceled it. I went in and spoke directly with Ulysses, who was professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He explained the process to me and clarified that my order had never been completed. Ulysses did an excellent job of resolving this troublesome situation, and I truly appreciate his assistance. He was fantastic!
I really enjoy their roasted chicken tacos, and I particularly appreciate that you can substitute the meat for beans or tasty potatoes! The staff is fantastic and very accommodating, whether you want no cheese or other adjustments. If they make a mistake, they are more than happy to fix it for you, as long as you approach them kindly.

This Taco Bell routinely screws up orders and the staff tend to be totally clueless when you ask them to correct any mix-ups. The manager is very rude and generally just runs around yelling at the other employees, which seems completely unhelpful. Avoidthis location like the plague!
I was left guessing whether an employee had washed his hands after using the bathroom. The guy went in and came out too fast from the toilet. I would suggest a huge poster be placed in the bathrooms for employees to wash their hands regularly and alwaysafter using the bathroom.
I placed a take out order using the app. But at the restaurant the doors were locked. I had to wait through the drive through with 3 cars, to get my order.
This is the only Taco Bell that gets my iced tea order right. They actually asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. Highly recommended!
