On June 15, 2019, I married the love of my life in a beautiful wedding ceremony with our family and friends. As beautiful as this day was for us, it was the amazing food that was created by Tannins Restaurant Wine Bar out of San Juan Capistrano that made this day extraordinary! The quality of the food was second to none while the customer service of the owner Gabriel Sanchez and his team was outstanding! We trusted Gabriel to create a masterpiece of food for 170 wedding attendees where all our loved ones could truly enjoy. Trust me, Gabriel did not disappoint. Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time! The food was delicious, the perfect temperature, flavorful, and cooked to perfect. The service was fantastic. They came to check on us probably every 5 to 10 minutes. The food came out quickly and our drinks were never empty. We tried to go to a different place first but it was an hour and a half wait. When I called tannin's, they got us in right away and treated us like we were there star customers. I would highly highly recommend this place! I got the skirt steak and I recommend you do the same. You won't be disappointed.

Fun restaurant! Interior and outdoor seats, beautiful bar, local beer, good wine, great service and gluten-free pasta! What else could you ask?

Had the Faticini Toscana that was excellent and my wife had the Vongela that hassle said was mildly flavored, good and many shells.

Always good! Menu has a good selection of food and wine. Lemon drops are very good.
