We had some tasty takeout from a restaurant in Laverne and chose to have dinner at Dalton Park while the kids played. One of my favorite dishes is the honey shrimp, which I absolutely loved. The restaurant was clean, and since we visited during a quieter time, we were able to get our food quickly. It's nice to see this establishment has been around for a while, and I'm happy it's still serving the community. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with forks and plates to take our meal to the park. Overall, I had a fantastic dinner experience!
Tasty Goody La Verne was a great choice for takeout. We decided to have dinner at Dalton Park while watching the kids play. A surprisingly enjoyable experience! The lo mein was tasty, with a subtle hint of that sought-after wok hei flavor. I liked that you can replace one of the carb dishes with vegetable chop suey, which is a thoughtful option. However, the portion sizes felt a bit small. The sweet and sour fish was okay, though the sauce was slightly unbalanced. I also wish Mongolian beef was available as a protein choice. I plan to visit again during the lunch rush for a fresher meal, as it seems this spot mainly relies on heat lamp takeout.

So I thought to order from this place and firstly, the woman behind the counter simply refused to see i was there...eventually I asked her for a dish and I honestly can't understand how rude and disinterested she was. I got home and just as I started digging in, two disgusting pieces of HAIR came out my mouth. Absolutely terrible rude) service, but worse the lack of care on the food.
Tasty Goody is tasty bad! Food tastes and feels like it's a week old. The so called fried rice is not fried, it's steamed with what looks like a little chicken broth. Noodles have a funky taste to it. Chicken is stale. Never going their again.
The food here is fantastic! I work nearby, and it’s always a wonderful option. However, does anyone know what happened? During my last few visits, they were closed!
Always tasty. Always filling. Love the mushroom chicken and green bean chicken. My husband loves the creamy shrimp. Everything I've tried here has been good.
