THIS IS GREAT! I didn 't have expectations when I went to Ted 's. Then the great experience began. CUSTOMER SERVICE Wow, really good! I was impressed! Our waiter, John was very professional. At the beginning it felt a bit off because he was all business and didn 't seem he was interested in going beyond his specific duties. Full disclosure, when we arrived the place was packed! But as things settled down a bit he seemed to be more relaxed and actually smiled. That being said, I wouldn 't change his service. He is extremely professional/knowledgeable and very, very honest. I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was really impressed with the food! They serve the BEST hashbrowns I’ve ever tasted—absolutely top-notch! The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly as well. On the downside, the biscuits and gravy were just okay for me, but not a personal favorite. I did share some french toast with my boyfriend, which was delightful. I also had an iced chai latte that was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and our server was attentive and friendly. There are so many more items on the menu I want to try, so I'm definitely looking forward to coming back!
This restaurant is wonderful, and our server, Pete, was exceptional. He made our dining experience truly enjoyable, and my daughters couldn't stop praising how friendly he was. He even provided my girls with extra menus to color, which was a nice touch, and he was very accommodating throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and we took some tarts to-go that were absolutely incredible. It was also fun to watch them being made right there in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning!
The hostess that sat us at our table was very friendly and happy. Thomas, our server this morning, was absolutely delightful. He was so attentive, pleasant, smiley, polite … really pleased with this experience and would return based on the service alone. I had the biscuits and gravy, a mocha and shared the blueberry cheesecake tart. I’ve been to Teds before, and this location once before, and this was our best experience to date. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the outdoor seating option is really pleasant. The food was good, although the portions were quite large. The flavor, however, was just average—it could have been better. My server, Eric, was extremely helpful. If you get the chance, try to sit at one of his tables.
Great experience with my girlfriend for my birthday! Pete was an amazing server! If you can, ask for him. The manager came over to check in on us. Definitely recommend!!!
