So I 'm on a quest to try out all of the steakhouses in the Chicagoland area and tonight, I opted for the big chain restaurant, Texas Roadhouse. Having actually been to roadhouses in Texas, I was curious to see how this place measured up. After being seated our party of three waited for about 25 min for our waiter to come by and take our drink order. We asked for bread and water multiple times and our server never brought them, we had to ask another server passing by if they could help us with bread and water.Food came out extremely slow, my boyfriend ordered his steak well done and it came out medium. He asked if he could get it cooked more which the server said they could do. Food is so bad, literally the bread they give you is the only thing that tasted good. We got the pick 3 app to start. We picked fried pickles, snack bites, and skins. All 3 were horrible! We got the biggest steak a 20 lbs to split. The steak was overcooked, tasteless and small. We both got baked potatoes loaded, they were cold, and the cheese isn't even melted. It wouldn't melt because it's cold. They forgot the butter and sour cream. The corn is nothing special, probably out of a can, and I ordered vegetables, which were decent. Melt in your mouth steaks! The food here is very tasty and cooked perfectly to order. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They have an extensive menu, so there is something for everyone. This is going to be our new Goto steak joint! Loved it!Parking: There is parking on two sides of the building and ample enough spaces. Also plenty of handicap parking spaces available.
It was my first time coming here. The place was busy on Sunday. Great servers got seated right away. The fried sirloin was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The mash potatoes with the buttered corn went great together. I recommend the brown gravy overthe white. You also can't go wrong with the steak fries. The endless warm buns with the salted butter are so addictive.
Amazing everything was hot and delicious and came out so fast even though they were on a wait. We drive one hour for the rolls and cinnamon butter. We’ll come back for the service! Our waitress was super polite and friendly. I’m a fan of the ribs. The homemade steak sauce is also savory. Military friendly and they even save a spot forveterans. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for your support!

Great atmosphere with even better food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Alexis, was very accommodating and helped provide an excellent dining experience. Cannot wait to come back in the future with my family again.
