We booked ahead and arrived only to be told that staff had called in sick. This in itself happens and I was fine with it. I was not happy when I got told that we would have to wait in the lobby or our Car. With children in our party of we were not even allowed to wait at a table with a drink!! What is that all about (Policy change recommend Fridays). But to top it off I booked and left a contact number and email and they did not have the courtesy to contact me before I arrived as we would have been happy to delay our arrival as we were really looking forward to our first meal out since arriving in Florida. Shame on you Fridays leaving us stranded in an area we did not know.
