This restaurant has been here for ages and the food just keeps getting better. From its heavy Thai decore which comes across as a little camp this place is a must for lovers of great that food. Stand outs for me were the salt & pepper silken tofu and the tom kah soup just so flavoursome. For mains the massaman beef curry and the pad thai were well worth the visit. It's BYO so that keeps the price down not that this place is that expensive. Service is very warm and friendly. Would recommend booking on Friday and Saturday as it does get busy.
My family has been going to this restaurant for about 30 years and we will continue to go there till the end. The stuffed chicken wings are amazing. My favourite stir fry would have to be the young ginger chicken stir fry, there's just so much flavour and the marinade goes so well soaked in steamed rice. The curries are fragrant and jam packed with meat and fresh vegetables. Staff are always happy and offering assistance. It's BYO and there's a bottle shop right next to it which is very convenient.
Don't let the satirical decor dissuade you, this is one of the best Thai restaurants in sydney! A friendly place, with impeccable and polite service. Come often and be one of the regulars. Betel leaf prawns to start with, Steamed Barramundi or the Holy Basil Salmon are delicious. BYO from the next door liquor shop on the way there. Affordable prices, and comfortable dining will ensure repeat mid-week visits.
Really enjoyed a meal here and liked the atmosphere too. It was very crowded and spaces between tables are pretty tight but it's a nice, relaxed place. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was pretty good and decent value. Portion sizes are reasonable. The menu is a pretty good one and a bit more interesting than standard Thai fare. Definitely recommended. This place obviously has a lot of regular local patrons. Many were greeted with hugs and kisses by the staff. That would have been fine, but unfortunately our service was less attentive than for the regulars and we felt a bit left out. The decor is nice but I found the place a little dark. Also, it was quite noisy, making conversation difficult. The food was good.
Went with friends, simple Thai restaurant with good friendly service. Bring your own wine. Food really very tasty. Recommend whole fish and, spicy prawn dish. Moderate price range. This is not a high end fancy restaurant, casual. I would definitely go back as thoroughly enjoyed the food. Good atmosphere, not to loud.
A wonder place to hop in for lunch, quick service and a large serve of yummy food.The decor is a little odd but everything else makes up for that. BYO $3 per person is an extra economy. If you are a group at night the banquet is a great option

I love this place. I must have been dining here for over 10 years and it never disappoints. The food is tasty with plenty of fresh and delicious dishes to choose from. Their Silken Tofu is probably the best I've ever eaten!
