This restaurant was very disappointing from the moment we walked in and asked for a table we were told we shouldn’t have booked on Open table as apparently it’s for the nightclub area only, which we had no idea of, neither was it stated anywhere when booking on open table. DON’T BOOK ON OPEN TABLE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. We had to sit and wait 20mins after arriving to our booking on time for them to give us a table in the actual restaurant the restaurant was pretty empty at this time by the way. The table they gave us we didn’t like but the hostess was so moody that we had to take the table anyway. Our food came so late after we ordered, its was cold and not tasteful. service was very slow....
I have aura for dinner for a party of 4. Upon arrival all the shutters were down and we were confused whether the restaurant was open or not. There was a side door that was open and turned out to be the entrance. Our reservation was acknowledged, but the lady at the reception left us standing there for a while on the phone - she didn't tell us exactly, was the problem. We were asked to show a government ID, and we did this when we were there for the restaurant and said it is an obligation to enter, so we committed. When entering the place, the stale smell and dirt was shocking. The tables were turned around and the floor itself even felt sticky. We went through the venue and it just got wors...
Avoid!!! Service is by far the worst!! Staff needs to learn to communicate better! Was promised a table in 20mine even though I booked a table for 7, according to them they don’t have enough tables for open table therefore can’t offer me a table. Upon checking in 20min with the staff again, they promised tables will be ready for us in an hour. We ordered nibbles seeing we will be waiting around for an hour and the food didn’t come for another 50mins. Had to chase up one of the managers to check on food, only then the food came after 5mins. Went to chase the he host again as again no sign of a table after almost 2 hours of waiting. Table was ready after 3hours of waiting. 3hours!!!!! Worst se...
Very bad place! I booked it in the previous night and I also received the confirmation email for booking. When I was ready, they called me and said they were closed! Just open the weeks after that! This is terrible as it was very last minute We had to decide for another place within an hour! How bad can their service get. Lock your booking system when you are closed. So terrible! I had a fantastic time at the Aura The place is just beautiful! I will be booking a table very soon! The waiter's are very friendly and professional, music is brilliant and the frier belly dancer is amazing
The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the lamb dish. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend anyone reading this to dine here.
Place is very nice and ambience is very good. Food is also delicious. I would really recommend for any celebration. A bit on the higher side but it’s worth.
