The texture of the bagel and the service were good. The bagels were chewy and fresh, and the cream cheese was wonderfully creamy. However, I found the bagels to be quite salty. I'm not sure if this is typical for this establishment. I tried a strawberry bagel and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Unfortunately, the excessive saltiness overshadowed any significant strawberry flavor, with the only hint of strawberries being the color of the bagel. I requested a blueberry bagel instead, and they kindly obliged. Unfortunately, the blueberry bagel suffered from the same saltiness. I recently visited Bagel Shack for the first time, and I will definitely be returning. I ordered the Veggie Bagel, and I absolutely loved it. It was huge and came with a delicious sauce. The addition of bagel chips topped with Asian cheese was a game changer. The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. I’ll be adding this place to my lunch spots right away. Kudos to the management for their attention to detail!
Best bagel we had in OC. Fortunately, they just moved closer to our place : it is still a (few step(s) below total of what we were using in NYC, but I think they have improved so kudos to them last year! We are grateful that we are able to get some high-quality bagels safe. I'm going to the whole bagel, bacon and cheese with tomatoes.
I visited on a Saturday morning and experienced quick and excellent service. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, which was good but not particularly exceptional. I couldn't help but notice the breakfast sandwiches that looked much more appealing; I wish I had chosen one of those instead!

Delicious bagels and reasonable prices. Smoothies are decent as well, and they even have an option without banana!! The asiago bagel is delicious with good spices and not just a little cheese sprinkled on top of a plain bagel!
Best bagels in town and great coffee! Ive gone here for many years and it's always fresh. Friendly staff and the owner treats his customers like family.
