For the price these people charge they should be able to afford a TOASTER. Every single time I order from this place I ask them to dark toast my bagel in hopes that maybe it will be even the slightest bit toasted, no matter what it never is and it’s usually soggy. On Friday I asked them to just burn my bagel and it still came out gross and soggy. They used to be so good but the quality has just completely plummeted downhill. I’m done giving this place any money. Got a strawberry iced tea 2 days ago that could have easily passed as nail polish remover. Tasted like literal poison. Never again.
Horrible customer service. The girl at the counter was so rude. I was the only one on line standing by the register for a good 5 minutes. None of the 10 people behind the counter even acknowledged me. Once other people walk in, the girl by the register takes them immediately! While I’m still standing right in front of her!! I had to go up to someone else and ask them to take my order. You would think with that many people, you would at least acknowledge your customers. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone
Great bagels but they are not on Uber eats. This is a clean place, with d great tasting bagels. I'm originally from Brooklyn and I am a huge bagel snob. My go to bagel is a salted bagel. Shockingly, they're weren't rock hard as most places destroy salt bagels. If your kids like a sweet bagel, the French toast bagel is a must. I love their salads, and they have an array of goodies that you don't need but may buy. Please join Uber eats!
The owner of this restaurant is not fond of military personnel, believing that the local town workers have tougher jobs and make greater sacrifices. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired, as cooks are not seen wearing gloves or hair nets. Consequently, there are concerns about the hygiene practices in the kitchen, with the potential for food to come into contact with unwashed faces.

The Better Bagel literally has the better bagel. It's exactly what you want, crisp outside, chewy inside, half the size of your head. Big fan of the toasted coconut coffee. They have a good range of snacks, salads and Sammies too. Oh, and they haveflavored cream cheeses that are top notch. I hear they are adding popovers to the menu and I can't wait.
Great local bagel place. Not crowded. Everything I ordered was good. Also great coffee. I like my bagel a bit burnt and most places won't over cook for fear of burning. It was just right! I've been to a couple other bagel places near by... Better Bagelis far better!
Food is good quality, But literally 8-10 times the order is somehow wrong. Maybe they are just playing a sick joke on me..
Great food, wish they offered Asiago on week days and more coffee drink variety.
