I’m almost ready to give a full five stars, not due to the quality or service, but because they could use more staff. Everything was fantastic—the Cobb salad, grain bowl, grilled cheese with soup, and quesadillas were all delicious. Presentation was top-notch, including my Bloody Mary. This place has great potential to be more than just a hotel-adjacent spot. The woman working behind the counter, cooking, and bartending all by herself was incredible, putting real care into every dish despite being completely alone. Highly recommend the Cobb Salad!
The Bistro is a convenient choice for a quick meal, especially since the Courtyard is far from the commercial district. The service is outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff. The booth seating features a fun 60s vibe, complete with individual TVs at each booth. While the portions are generous, the prices are a bit on the higher side. I had a salad for $12.95, which was delicious, but I did feel it was somewhat expensive.
This restaurant truly stands out for its exceptional customer service. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere. The food is affordably priced, consistently delicious, and beautifully presented.
The avocado toast was absolutely delicious.
