Let me start this off by saying I absolutely love love love the Johnny Cash wings at CBH. I don't know what it is but it's the perfect amount of heat in a sauce and it's got a nice slow burn that makes you drink a couple beer for sure. Now, I wondered in on wing night to the Sherwood Park Brew House and got the absolute best service I've ever got from Steph and Josh at the bar. Great dudes, my order was delayed in the kitchen due to how busy things were and when it arrived it was missing the veggies and ranch I ordered. I went last night to meet a friend for supper. The service was great but I would hope it was since there weren't many people there. It took a long time to get our food, in fact the waitress came by to let us know that she was going to check where our food was. When I got my meal (one fish and one chicken taco) it was ice cold. The coleslaw in the taco was brown and the edges of the tortilla looked freezer burnt. I did end up taking one bite and sent the whole plate away. My friends beef and cheddar Yorkies were supposed to be served with gravy but they were dry. I will never go back to this restaurant. I only tipped because the wait staff were pretty good. If I could give 0 for service and food I would.We went in on wing night. Ordered wings pops and a child's meal.Never got the veggies for the kids meal but sure as heck got charged $2.50 for every stick of celery with the dried out hardly flavored wings.Ordered starters that came out AFTER the wings. Always great food with good timing, during hockey they’ll wait until the tense moments are done to bring ur bill over much appreciated. friendly servers too, short wait times and I think they can mind read or something because whenever we order a starter they always know when we are gonna split it vs when we aren’t without even saying anything it’s kinda spooky but in a really good way. Although the Sherwood Park location is one of the older Brewhouse restaurants we found that the food tasted better and was served hotter than some of the lukewarm dishes we have experienced at other locations. Our server Randi was the best!
Had a perogie pizza, it came out cold and hard. They offered a new pizza but the kids were done eating when it was offered. We ended up with 20% off the pizza. Lesson learned stick with beer and wings here. Our server was nice!
First time a table of 6 on the patio, service by the front of the house was exceptional fast and friendly. The food preperation by the back of house was great quality and pride! A great job folks!
