Me and my wife took our daughter here to celebrate her 21st birthday an our experience was less then pleasant the hostess was beyond rude upon sitting us she practically threw the menus at us to the point she knocked the silverware off the table that was in front of my wife. I went to speak to the manager to discuss the situation and he brushed me off told me Sir please just have a seat and enjoy your meal with your family he didn 't even attempt to speak to the hostess.So we left and will not be returning
After visiting the Santa Monica Pier, the four of us went to the Cheesecake Factory. The service was super friendly. The service boss also greeted us personally, which we found very appreciative. Even though the shop was full, we were served quickly and the food was at the table very quickly. The food 2x pasta dishes, 1x burger and 1 vegetarian meal were all very tasty. Of course we also treated ourselves to the cheesecake in 4 different versions. This was also an absolute blast. We recommend
Visited so many Cheesecake Factory's across America, but we were so disappointed with this one. We had to wait for a free table. However, people arriving after us were being seated first. Then having to wait for our server who got the drinks mixed up and the delay on the food was disgraceful. None of our party enjoyed the food which is really unusual. The lighting was also terrible and we were unable to see our food let alone enjoy it.
Sat at the bar for Happy Hour. Food was good service was great, thank you Humberto. Ordered 4 pcs of cheesecake to go. Berries on cheesecake were rotten and other cheesecake piece was super stale. Had to throw 2 pieces out. 2 pieces were good. Unfortunately didn't realize till we got home. Happy hour food and drinks were good.

The food was great. We ordered appetizer, main courses, dessert and sodas for two person and ended up paying $100, 00. The service was good but it took too much time to serve. We spent almost two hours since we arrived to the check payment. The atmosphere is great and the view to the Marina is awesome.
The food was excellent (portions, warmth, presentation). The wait was inevitably long for a party of 9 but they were accommodating and, considering the date; fast too!
Came here for Happy hour. The food was great and the drinks hit the spot. Happy hour is a inexpensive way to try your favorite restaurants.
It was nice. Food was great, service was accurate and prompt, right by the water.

The grilled rib eye steak was delicious, as well as the avocado ? egg rolls.
