As someone who has both worked in the hospitality industry and studied hospitality and tourism management for three years, I understand that challenges like this are part of the job, which is why I choose to avoid service-oriented positions. On a positive note, the staff at the counter are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is outstanding. I hope the owner can extend an apology so I can continue enjoying my Sunday morning coffee before heading to work. I truly value a peaceful atmosphere and appreciate a calm environment.
I visited my regular café for my usual order: a small cappuccino with two sugars and a dash of cinnamon, just like I do every morning at this spot. Unfortunately, a rather unfriendly server handed me an iced cappuccino instead. I tried to clarify that I wanted it hot, as I always do, but she stubbornly insisted that it was ice cream. Feeling frustrated, I chose to leave without my drink after having already paid. Kudos on the experience!
I absolutely love their coffee, particularly the Iced Mocha, which is my top choice. I suggest trying it without sugar, as the chocolate syrup provides the perfect touch of sweetness. The energetic atmosphere, fueled by the lively crowd that frequently congregates here, is also something I really appreciate. Every time I visit, I feel warmly welcomed. I will truly miss this place when I have to go!
This is actually not a bad little cornershop with tables outside to sit and have your coffee. They sell a bit of everything, including espresso coffee . What lets them down is the service. The staff can be very rude, cocky and patronising, and the prices are very expensive. Do not bother looking for coeliac food by the way, if that is you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso, and it was absolutely perfect—frothy and just the right amount of sweetness. They use my favorite coffee (Segafredo), which made it even better. I will definitely be coming back!
The coffee didn't impress me at all. Charging $1.50 for a hardboiled egg? That’s too much for my liking. The everything bagels lacked seeds compared to the plain ones. Overall food rating: 1 out of 5.
The iced coffee here is amazing! My only complaint is that the prices for coffee on Uber Eats are almost $4 higher. When you include the extra fees and taxes, it becomes quite expensive for a deli.

Best Freddo in Astoria. You like Greek coffee you need to try them out and they are 24 hours can’t beat it!
