Usually good but entirely different tonight.Noticed on the salad there was hardly any pulled chicken (supposed to be $6 worth — think about that … you’d expect a nice generous hunk. Sorry to say the same re smallest pieces of bacon — that you had to seek and find. Maybe 6 small 1/2 pieces if that.So sad that those items were basically garnishes and not the reason the salad existed. Exactly same with partner’s salad as was the same choice.Noise level was mind boggling — seemed clientele was yelling and laughing — clearly unmannered. The food was amazing! We kicked off our meal with mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, artichokes, and ceviche, all of which were incredibly tasty. The mac and cheese was the standout dish for our group. The burgers were also exceptional. However, the atmosphere was a bit too loud for easy conversation, and the waiting area inside wasn't very comfortable; it was too hot to wait indoors at the moment. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return!
We had 1 guest in a wheelchair. When we requested a different table, the hostess told us it wasn’t possible. However, after we were all settled and started looking at menus, the manager was very proactive and moved us to a table that better suited our needs. We were grateful for her awareness and her sensitivity. We always love The Collins but this made our experiences even better.
My friend and I had a delightful time and delicious meal as always. Service was outstanding as well. I’m ecstatic that The Collins is open for lunch again. I’m there for lunch or dinner every week.

The food was delightful and prepared from scratch. The braised short ribs were exceptional, and the poke bowl was equally impressive. However, parking in the surface lot is quite limited.
