we have experienced an under-average cappuccino and a stinking smell on this place! from outside the place seems inviting and clean. they advertised their $10 lunch by sandwich and coffee. so that the obvious order was placed, as many visitors also placed the same. there was a subtle strange smell during this place and only in caffe, but not outside. this was in contrast to the seemingly neat layout. LESSONS LEARNT, FACTS ONLY. Facts only Drove 33 Kms for staff Christmas function at The Lure Sat down at 6:40 Ordered food, ordered wagyu steak, well done 8:40 steak arrived. Unedible. Couldn't even cut steak. Sent it back Waiter offered me a beer as compensation. I am teetotal. For the previous 2 hours he has been serving me, I only drank water. Same waiter had also FALSLY accused fellow staff member of drinking someone else's wine 25 minutes after sending back my steak, still no steak. Went for lunch last week - used to be good but my partners salad was virtually inedible - Thai beef salad - I think not. Where is all the flavor and the ingredients ? He was served up a plate of gristle with raw red cabbage - we were refunded half the price when we paid the bill but this was really lack lustre - my chicken burger was unremarkable also - one light in the darkness was the good quality coffee
Consistently Good Dining. My partner & I have been to Lure many times through the past years and find this restaurant very consistent with their outstanding dishes and service. Price is expected as seafood/ fine dining restaurants but you get what you pay for at Lure. We never had any issues returning no matter what occasion or time of the year. Love this place. I rate it 8/10

I had my 30th birthday dinner tonight. The food and service was amazing! I had the soft shell crab for entree, Moreton bay bugs and scallops for main and cholesterol fondant for dessert. The waiter was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely be back.
Went here for breakfast a couple of days ago. Had the Haloumi and Pea fritter, looked really good when came out, but no taste, and disappointed that the fritters were premade and reheated. Really good coffee.

the best lunch in the coro hotel. I had the lamb shank pie and it was to die, and my sister had the fish tacos that melted right into the mouth. the staff was very helpful and polite. would recommend!
Pricey. Meals presented very well, but felt that we paid a lot for converting an entree into a main. The entertainment book did ease the pain however.
