The desserts here are delicious!! I had a variety of cupcakes and the chocolate chip cookies and they are seriously delicious. The snickerdoodle cupcake is my fave. One piece of constructive criticism would be for them to work on their customer service/experience. I’ve patronized there three times and I am barely greeted, if at all. Especially my first time there, it would have been nice if the person who was at the front gave me a rundown of what they offered and the pricing. I had to keep asking questions. Everything about my experience here was wonderful. The sweet aromas and the courteous team members definitely created a pleasant experience. I initially came to pick up my surprise item offered on the Too good to go app. With that offer I received two red velvet cupcakes and a Oreo cupcake which both were yummy! But after smelling the sweet smells and viewing the different selections offered I just knew I had to try something else! I've waited in line for cupcakes that weren't even a fraction as good as yours are.The dessert junkie is easily my favorite dessert shop in the DMV and as someone who has had one too many baked goods in my life, I can say with certainty Dessert Junkie hits all the marks.The cupcakes are moist and fresh. The icing is somehow light and rich at the same time. The flavors are vast and unique.Would recommend 10/10!

I have only had wonderful experiences at this restaurant. The cupcakes are tasty and there is a wide variety to choose from. I can see why they often sell out, as the flavors and decorations are exceptional. The service and atmosphere were fantastic, with friendly staff. They even have treats for pets and a whole department dedicated to catering to them.
I have to say, this place is amazing! I absolutely adore the cinnamon swirl cupcake. The soft texture of the freshly baked cupcake with the cookie on top is just wow! This is definitely the best place for me to satisfy my sweet tooth. I am never disappointed as a dessert lover.
The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, and the milkshakes we had were absolutely amazing.
