we waited 2 hours for a table when we just came to the table, they said that they had no ribs that were annoying after we had waited for that long, and after we ordered some extras where forget, then we got desserts there was no icecream. that are 99% of all gloomy when we talked to the manager, she has been telling us about these cursed things. I'm an enthusiastic harvester fan, but that was the worst experience from this chain, after this since 730 we've finished around 1035. this harvester should really look into the customer service and if they want a good meal and at night they will not go to this pub.
Not sure if they're going to use Covid as an excuse, but this used to be a decent place for a quick meal. Service was very slow, took a while to get seated. Salad bar had broken? Which was rather inconvenient. Had refills but you can't do it yourself anymore so have to wait till the servers come over and do it for you. Overall, was very disappointed. Won't be going back anytime soon. And if servers are going to wear masks, at least make sure it's done correctly otherwise just don't bother.
had a nice meal with family, 12 of us total. we all enjoyed our time and our food. the only thing I would say is not give children an extremely hot plate! the plate was that hot it actually burned my fingers, as if I had taken it directly from the often when I took it from the dame that served us, of course I could eat my 2 years old from the plate for one because until it cooled down. a pleasant experience for all.
they simply come from a birthday meal on the dog and very impressed. the staff was beautiful, and the food was excellent, with the right amount of waiting time. the dinge have changed since covid so I have to wait to be served by salatbar instead of helping her herself and I was not long in a harvester, but that was good. will definitely come back

We arrived slightly early and your staff advised that this was not a problem and showed us to our table. Our waitress, Eva, was polite and looked after us well. We enjoyed the meal, eating out as we had been away from home all day and did not feel like cooking. A meal at The Dog was exactly what was needed.

Met by Harriet,friendly and very helpful with the menu,clean and tidy setting,the food was cooked on the grill so fairly healthy it tasted great,one of the best fry ups we've had and we have had a few,highly recommended
I went here today after work and wasn't crowed. The staff was friendly and explained that a member of staff will serve us the salad bar which was good to know. The food was amazing cooked and presented. The food came out really hot and will be returning again.
great food! I've been here for years with family, friends and colleagues. usually a safe, free service with friendly staff and good food. the food was fast, fresh and tasty. it has been met in the past and miss, but the salate is always something to be happy.
