This restaurant is small and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and took the time to chat with us. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The menu isn't very extensive, but everything on it is delicious and it was hard to choose. The cuisine is very typical Arab, as far as I can tell. We tried 3-4 dishes for starters and mains, and the food was incredible! It was so fresh and flavorful. We don't live anywhere near Southport, but we will definitely be visiting Fig Bistro again in the future.
Our experience at this restaurant was amazing in every way. The food was unbelievably delicious and we ordered completely vegan appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Even though we are not all vegan, we thoroughly enjoyed the flavors! Janine, the owner, is fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant is nicely decorated and we would highly recommend it! Don't miss out on trying the ice cream from the dessert menu, the flavor is incredible! 10/10 would recommend!
we have eaten here twice this year, the first time based on a recommendation and we have enjoyed it so much that we had to return. it is a family restaurant and full charm, from the cozy dining room to the lounge area at the back. we have sampled every dish of small tellers and a few of the main dishes and desserts. everything is beautifully cooked and aromatized and they will consider what they are trying to do at their next visit as we.
the figure was always good for vegan, but since my last visit they have a separate vegan menu that contains desserts. everything we ate was authentic and tasty and cheap. it was nice and cozy from the rain and the staff was friendly and helpful. I do not live in southport, but always make a beeline here when I visit. highly recommended.

we came to southport for a winter weekend away lol and found this beautiful place and could get a table. we hear a good idea to book ahead. we had six beautiful dishes both veggie and meat and great service. beautiful, clean, friendly, authentic styling restaurant and all hand cooked very nice! Thanks for a beautiful meal.
probably the only authentic middle east connection in southport. a nice meal served by a friendly family in a really cozy environment. menu is really authentic and cheap. Definite supplement to the list of the best restaurants of southport. they also try the desserts.
Been several times and really love this little place. Food and service is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. The owner comes to your table for a chat when she can and it really makes the whole experience feel more homely. Can't wait to come again.
Lovely family run small bistro (booking recommended). The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten free diet without any fuss. I had the taster menu but will be returning to try other tempting delights from the menu.

The restaurant is so lovely. I visited with my parents and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. The portion sizes were just right and the desserts were delicious.
