I ordered sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and sweet and sour pork. The chicken was good, but the pork was overcooked and inedible, with both the pork and batter being burnt. When I called to complain, I was told that they had never received a complaint about their pork in 20 years and that there was nothing they could do. The customer service was terrible. If we were dining in the restaurant, we would have expected a replacement or refund. I will never go back there again. Service: Takeout.
I ordered a meal at the restaurant and when I got home, I realized they forgot something. I called them up and they rudely told me to come back and pick it up, which I did. When I got back to the shop, they said they couldn't give me a refund and started shouting at me. A young girl with braces then threw the food on the counter and said, "There's your food." Another girl also started shouting. If I were the boss, I would have fired them all. They all looked like tramps.
This Chinese takeaway is hands down the best we've ever had. The food here is of incredible quality and flavor, with generous portion sizes. It's easily our favorite Chinese takeaway spot. The restaurant offers a decent sized parking lot that is free to use. The service is for takeout meals, perfect for dinner.
Ordered a chilli beef which had little beef and was story and not cooked, spring roll was story and greasy. I used the takeaway years ago and enjoyed the meals, this time it was umder cooked or fried food which customers should not have to risk eating. NOT IMPRESSED AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

I always have a pleasant experience with Golden fields and the food is great. I love Chinese food so ordering from Golden Fields which is just 5 minutes away from where I live is perfect! So convenient and the service is good too!
