I was quite disappointed with my delivery from The Habit Burger Grill tonight. I ordered crispy sweet potato fries, but they came soggy and cold. I also got a Santa Barbara Char, but half of the bun was in two pieces, making the burger look quite messy and unappetizing. I couldn't even eat it. My strawberry shake appeared more like vanilla and tasted just like strawberry milk, while my Oreo Cookies and Cream shake was watered down and flavorless. It’s frustrating because our experiences dining in at The Habit are usually much better than what we received this time.
I've had positive experiences with Habit in the past, but this time I was disappointed. The meat was overcooked, and the bun was stuck together and slightly burnt. The fries, along with the burgers, were at best lukewarm. They're only 0.4 miles away from me, and it's unfortunate, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Habit again. I really thought I had discovered a great burger spot.
The workers talk too much amongst themselves that makes my simple order of two avacado bites turn into almost 20 minutes of waiting. The restaurant is not even busy, my beeper never went off, they had my order sitting there for the whole 20 minutes until I checked with them. What a fantastic discovery! The burgers were wonderfully juicy, and the fries were exceptionally flavorful (make sure to ask for them extra crispy if you're ordering for delivery). I'll definitely be placing another order soon!

I use to enjoy Habit but the restaurant has gone downhill. Food is greasy and just thrown together. Orders of french fries and the like are small and not with the cost.
Santa Barbara Char was fantastic! Fries were great! The chocolate shake was real. Good food!
