Service: The staff was great, they were attentive and did a great job elevating our experience at the restaurant. My only criticism is that they asked to take our plates before everyone was done eating with their dishes which could leave the slower eaters feeling rushed. Those looking for a more formal fine dinning experience, this is probably not the atmosphere for you. I recently dined at The Palm for a Father's Day dinner, and I must say it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. As a loyal Palm Rewards member, I expected a high level of service, but what we encountered was far from acceptable. Our evening was marred by the behavior of a bald-headed waiter who was extremely rude and condescending. From the outset, he insisted on telling my wife what she should get in her salad, disregarding her preferences entirely. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. The 3lb lobster was a mistake. The best part of the fish is normally the tail, but mine was barely edible and stuck firmly to the tail. The enormous claws were good, not great, and required a large tool to break into (they start the process for you). Coming from a lobstering family I can tell you lobsters over 2lbs do not taste as good and should be left to breed more lobsters, since it is the prime breeding age. A classic DMV restaurant with a fantastic selection of steaks! One of the best places to bring a client when they are in town.
