Have come here many a time cause it's so good! The place is great and clean but I've been getting take aways lately and it still tastes good! Can't seem to stop ordering the hand roll aburi salmon, kaarage udon and the agedashi tofu which are all amazing especially with the Japanese chili powder you can add to your udon.The only reason I'm giving it a -0.5 is because it has a $20 eftpos min which means I always spend more than I need too to make the minimum ; Also has efficient wait staff that are really friendly and happy to help :
One of the best sushi trains I've been to. Staff are lovely and the greeting you get when walking through the door make you smile. Everything we tried off the train was lovely and the iPad ordering system make it easy to get something you can't spot plus it's made right in front of you. <br/ <br/ Price is fantastic with everything on he train one price (3.90) with some of the other dishes you can order also very reasonably priced. Dinner for 2 for about $30 each including some warm saki <br/ <br/ Recommend it.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant, where most dishes are priced at $3.90. We especially enjoyed the spicy salmon aburi, salmon scallop aburi, freshly fried crab claws, and big seafood explosion sushi rolls. The mixed sashimi platter was fresh and reasonably priced. The octopus karrage, beef tataki, and wagyu beef were okay. The menu offers a lot of variety and the service was quick. I will definitely return to try more dishes!
This Japanese restaurant in Perth is one of the best for takeaway or casual dining. It's important not to compare it to high-end Japanese restaurants, as it has its own unique style. They serve incredibly fresh food, often prepared right in front of you. You can easily order items not on the conveyor belt, including warm dishes. The menu is diverse and the staff are friendly. The most friendly service I've ever recieved!! I am so excited to come back here just to meet the people again. Of course that's not to say the food wasn't AMAZING either, I couldn't stop eating from the sushi train because it was just so good I couldn't help myself. Easily the best restaurant I've ever been to and I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars!
This is one of my favourite places for sushi in Perth. Always nice and busy so you know it's fresh.<br/ <br/ The sashimi is excellent, especially the tuna.<br/ <br/ They need a couple more japanese drink options on the menu.<br/ <br/ I would also say that when the male chef is working, the food is better.<br/ <br/ Check it out!
Came here for a quick lunch. iPad order idea is great. Efficient service. Tuna sashimi not quality melt in your mouth.... but that's rare- pink rice Freo for that. The pickled ginger is annoying opening little packs each time. They do gluten free soy sauce as a plus. Not bad but not amazing either.
I have visited both the Floreat and Rivervale locations. I appreciate the tablet system for ordering dishes and getting the attention of the wait staff. This is the best sushi train I've come across. Fast service, all done on ipad, and all plates $4.90! The staff are always very friendly and helpful definitely a 4.5/5 only downside was the oysters not being fresh other than that amazing
