The service, the food, the tea, everything was fit for a queen and king. The event coordinator Alexis was so charming and true to her title, by creating a one of a kind experience that ensure memories for us to last a lifetime. Our server, Valeria managed our large group quickly and efficiently and was very attentive in her service. We had a spectacular experience with cool Calvin. The service was above and beyond. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was off the charts with flavors and fresh herbs from the garden. I had the garden afternoon tea which was perfect for me because I don't eat big portions of food. My mom had the filet of salmon with the citrus reduction. It came with a scone and cream and raspberry jam. The meal came with Asparagus and rice with herbs from the garden. My high tea came with a currant scone, raspberry jam, cream, a rosemary turkey sandwich, egg salad sandwich, curry with crossaint, a mushroom and Bleu cheese tart, cucumber and cream cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, our server rarely checked in on us. We had to ask for cream and sugar, and by the time my tea was brought to me, it had gone cold. Additionally, the server left his tray holder at our table for almost the entire duration of our visit, using it to set food meant for other tables.
Another issue we encountered was the portion sizes, which were enormous. We really wish they would allow sharing of a single order or consider downsizing the portions. The scones, while tasty, could easily be half the size, and they could still charge the same price. I understand that high tea is meant to be indulgent, but the portions were almost excessive. This was especially true for the kids' tea...
Absolutely exquisite!! We loved every moment and morsel of this tea service. Incredible pacing, presentation, ambiance, and service. We were celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and this helped us redeem a terrible experience at The Ritz Laguna Niguel’s tea service (with their exorbitant unjustified prices given their quality and service — it’s gone far downhill). In contrast, The Tea House at Los Rios blew us away; spectacular from start to finish!! Would recommend this far and wide for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Super cute place! Los Rios is a narrow street and has lots of people walking around, so I highly reccomend parking at the park on the next street, esp if you have a big car. The park has a way through to get directly to the teahouse. The teahouse has a unique and cute aesthetic to it. It's full of elegant looking furnitures and displays. Our waitress was super nice and considerate. Inside is a bit small and crowded but the food is definitely worth it! I loved the house special tea.
We enjoyed the holiday menu, which was outstanding, thanks in large part to our server, Vivian. She made excellent recommendations for our teas and set a lovely pace for a relaxed lunch with friends. The food was not only delicious but also fresh and beautifully presented. There was great attention to detail, and the festive atmosphere really captured the holiday spirit. It was truly a special treat!
Me and my girlfriend came we did make reservations a week prior and it’s recommended. We found free parking on the backside and we just walked . The entire process is so cute ! Definitely come dressed up and bring a cute hat ! We waited for our table and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I bought my daughter a little pink unicorn
This place is truly fantastic! The food was incredible! I tried the garden tea, and my favorite was the cucumber sandwich. The Romance mission loose leaf tea was delightfully sweet and fruity, perfect for a first-time tea drinker! The Mimosa flight was also a big hit! I’d give it a 10/10—definitely my favorite spot from my trip!

A very posh place. We were there for a birthday party of 17. The scones, food and drinks were superb. We were seated only at our given time and no sooner. The Victorian Tea option was incredible and the experience was divine. I don’t know what else to say other than please come here and see for yourself.
