Food is great but we had a LOT of issues with the service. First of all service is SLOOOOOW. We were there for 2 hours … which I’m sure would have been 2.5 hours easily if we hadn’t told him that we needed to be out of there at a certain time. It was a really long time to wait for service, especially when you have 2 little kids with you. The best restaurant experiences we’ve had with our kids are when the server acknowledges that we have little kids and expedites service accordingly… kids don’t last very long for meals (even with devices). Our server rarely checked in, we had to ask for cream and sugar… my tea got cold by the time it was given, the server left his server tray holder by our t...
Absolutely exquisite!! We loved every moment and morsel of this tea service. Incredible pacing, presentation, ambiance, and service. We were celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and this helped us redeem a terrible experience at The Ritz Laguna Niguel’s tea service (with their exorbitant unjustified prices given their quality and service — it’s gone far downhill). In contrast, The Tea House at Los Rios blew us away; spectacular from start to finish!! Would recommend this far and wide for anyone celebrating a special occasion.
We had the holiday menu which was excellent… made so by our server Vivian who made recommendations on the teas we had and set the pace for a leisurely lunch with friends. Food was delicious and fresh and beautiful. Nice attention to detail. Very festive atmosphere for the holiday. A special treat for sure.
This place is absolutely amazing! The food was delicious! I had the garden tea, the cucumber sandwich was my favorite and The Romance the mission loose leaf tea was so sweet and fruity for a first time tea drinker! And the Mimosa flight was such a hit! 10/10 my favorite place I visited on my trip
