My family and I have been frequenting Towne Scoop for years because we enjoy having ice cream at Verona Park. This year, we decided to order ice cream cakes for our son's birthday party, and we were absolutely amazed! I was a bit apprehensive at first since there aren't many reviews for their cakes, but if you're having any doubts, set them aside! The quality of the ice cream is fantastic—not overly sweet and incredibly creamy. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the cake! I tried this place for the first time and the ice cream was fresh. However, the service was quite unpleasant. The woman at the takeout window, who appeared to be the manager or owner, had a sour demeanor. There are plenty of other ice cream shops that understand that getting ice cream should be a joyful experience.
