Yesterday I had a doctors appointment at the Turnbull building and my boyfriend went into the Turnbull cafe. There he met Heather who he is still talking about (how nice she was and what great conversation they had! . The main point of this story is that everyone should go to the Turnbull cafe. We bought two bags of coffee beans (French vanilla and espresso . Normally, we just have two small cups of coffee every morning. After drinking this pure gold, the one of us that is not pregnant is doubling up lol It is amazing. We will be buying our beans here from now on. Thanks Heather for the awesome experience and amazing coffee. Five stars all day.
I recently visited Turnbull Cafe for the first time and I have to say, it was fantastic! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Heather, who is incredibly kind. I initially went in for a bagel but ended up talking with Heather about coffee. I ended up purchasing two bags of beans, "French Vanilla" and "espresso". Heather even gave me a complimentary cup of City coffee, which was excellent! If you're looking for delicious coffee, snacks, and a welcoming staff, Turnbull Cafe is a must-visit. I would give it six stars if I could!
A hidden gem in Peterborough. I went to this restaurant with my daughters and we absolutely loved it. The food was exceptional, the coffee was perfect, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were friendly and the prices were great. I highly recommend stopping by - I only found out about it because of my daughters, but I'll definitely be back. I learned that they have been in business for 10 years, and I hope they continue for another 10. Enjoy!
I feel iffy about them using the same panini press for both gluten free and regular just on different sides. Definitely not a large enough surface to not have cross contamination. Would be so great if they had a separate panini press dedicated for gluten free sandwiches!
