If you're looking for a hidden gem to dine at without the hassle of long lines and wait times, take a short drive into Bryan to visit this cafe. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique food and atmosphere. Everything is homemade, right down to the delicious jam. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented, well-cooked (the bacon was perfectly crispy), and bursting with flavor. The fall-inspired white pumpkin latte with almond milk and the apple cider flavored mimosa were both delicious. The flavors were balanced and not overpowering. 20 dollars for a tasteless meatball sub and very dry potatoes with a coke. (See picture, it?s pretty funny). The bread was so hard I couldn?t even eat it, so I just ate the meatballs, carrots and 3 flakes of cilantro. The service seemed confused and theenvironment felt gloomy. I almost walked out after waiting on someone to take my order, I wish I did.
