Sorry, no food pic for this one. It looked too dang delicious, and I was too hungry to bother with that. Phenomenal food! I got the daily special, a chicken and waffle combo with poached eggs hollandaise sauce and a jam (raspberry? . My mom had the lemon bread French toast with the berry compote and my dad had the biscuits and gravy. Everything was excellent! Our server Mary was very friendly and attentive, despite clearly being quite busy at peak breakfast time. The atmosphere is fun. Feels very rural, and homey in an old but nicely restored building. Hence the name, I suppose! If you're ever going through Carbondale in the morning, this is a must stop for everyone!
been eating here every day for lunch but getting the breakfast special while working in town. this delightful dish is the breakfast quesadilla with a side of mayo for some extra creamy goodness. totally love eating here and appreciate the warm service and clean, fun atmosphere.
Excellent good as always. I've been coming here for years and I absolutely love the chili relleno and homemade cream pies! Really though, I've enjoyed everything I've tried on the menu. The service is pretty consistently friendly.
I had take out of quesadillas and hueovos rancheros. Fresh ingredients and plentiful portions. It was a great find in a town I was just passing through. Will definitely eat here next time I’m around Carbondale. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent food! Stopped on a whim while on vacation, headed back to Denver from Aspen. I would stop here 10 out of 10 times.

The to go bagel cost $18 and I had to assemble myself. A complete waste of money.
