Worst customer experience I have ever had. They do about two dishes well and that's about it. My girlfriend and I go in for one of those dishes. We did not have reservations, but there were many tables open. The two young girls hosting seemed perplexed (training issue), so I helped them out and said we'll eat at the bar. We ordered two glasses of wine, which took ten minutes (training opportunity). We ordered an appetizer, and we both ordered the same dish. After forty-five minutes and numerous times, asking our server who clearly did not know the word service (training opportunity), and finally asking three people, one more rude than the next (training opportunity). Really upset with your restaurant after my boyfriend ordered from doordash and had order not go through. He called to get it sorted out and person on phone said to just order our again and again order didn't go through and person on phone then kept adding time to when it would be ready. Second time we got screwed over on delivery. Last time took over 2 hours and you messed up our order twice, once canceling an item you no longer had and second giving delivery driver wrong order and making her drive back. We've eaten at your restaurant several times, even calling the manager over once to compliment our amazing waitress, but we won't be back after this.
This little place does not look like much from the outside, but what a delightful and delicious experience. I give it 5 stars. Some of the best Italian food I have ever eaten, and I frequently seek out this cuisine when traveling. The menu has so many items it was hard to choose. Finally selecting the farfalle rustico , I could not have enjoyed it more. The spicy sausage was mouth watering. The stuffed portobello mushroom appetizer was uniquely prepared with a great blend of flavors. Clearly made in their kitchen from scratch. The garlic knots did not disappoint. And they have quite a decent selection of wines to compliment the meal.
This establishment tries to present itself as somewhat more upscale with fine dining tableware and white tablecloths however the white paper sheets they put over the tablecloths like they do at some doctor's offices is a bit tacky. I had the Salmon Piccata. I could not really taste the Salmon because it was served and drowned over a bed of mashed potatoes. My server Nadia was outstanding. I recently enjoyed the best Italian food I've had in a long time. The server was excellent, and they even offered gluten-free homemade pasta to accommodate dietary restrictions! For dinner, I found the prices to be reasonable, around $20–30 per person. The food was a perfect 5/5, as was the service. The atmosphere had a rating of 4/5. I highly recommend trying the Ravioli Primavera!
We had another wonderful dinner at our favorite local restaurant. Vinyard truly stands out, offering Italian cuisine that rivals the best anywhere. The food was consistently excellent. Our server, Landen, provided exceptional service, bringing a great personality and a genuine desire to ensure we were happy. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

First time we went everything was fantastic. Couldn't wait to go back. Second time was as good if not better than the first time. Can't wait to go back again. Wait staff was very attentive. Had a great meal with chicken parm and veal piccata and Cesar salads...the salad came in a large bowl for two to share and was fresh and cold, garlic rolls were hot and fresh and drinks and service great...will be a regular stop! Thank you for a great meal!
