This is a beautiful pub in the backstreets of Richmond with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The drinks, snacks and starters are served very efficiently and are always delicious! They have a very varied and seasonal menu with loads of delicious options (vegetarian and not). I started with the babaganoush and hummus flatbread which is an amazingly delicious small snack incase you aren't very hungry or waiting on someone. Then i had the steak of the day which is succulent, flavourful and stunningly delicious. It comes with a perfect peppercorn sauce and a delicious side salad that pairs well with the steak. Great pub!. As recent transplants to Richmond we are so excited to live around the corner from this great pub. It has all the ingredients to make for a perfect local hangout...very good food, exceptionally friendly staff, great selection of wine and beer, and a cute and comfy decor. Our favorite detail: we wanted to try a dessert takeaway at the end of our meal, and not many pubs will accommodate this request but this place went out of its way to get us what we asked for...including giving us the china plate and little ramekin it was served on which we returned the next day! We were smiling all the way home as I carefully carried this plate full of deliciousness.
I absolutely love this pub! The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The environment is cosy and inviting, which makes it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work. Its also got a very nice covered outside area, which is equipped with heaters, making it a great spot to hang out even during the colder months. Whether you're looking for a place to catch up with friends, have a few drinks, or just relax, this pub is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it!
I am very particular when it comes to pub roasts, but this one was truly one of the best I have had in a while. We had to wait for an hour for our food, but it was well worth it. The staff even gave us a free drink as a gesture of apology, which was a nice touch. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, and the beer garden was a great spot to enjoy the sunshine. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Another pub hidden away in Richmond that I have never been to. I visited on a Sunday night near to closing time so can't really review the place in it's fill glory. However, the pub was a nice find. Lots of people laughing and enjoying the last hours of their weekend. I would come back on another night to get a proper feel for the place.
Really nice Sunday roast. I was craving for it and the White Horse did not disappoint me, everything was tasty. The service was nice and the outside area is really pleasant, quite and calm, perfect for a Sunday relaxing time. It was not that cheap and that’s the only reason I don’t give it a better rate, but definitely recommend it.
Customer for years, coming with my son. The staff has always been exceptionally welcoming, they saw my kid grow and even offered cuddles over time. The food is amazing, the burger with brisket is to die for.
I went for a roast dinner with a large group. The sirloin beef was fantastic, the wine list was great, and the service was friendly, efficient, and very attentive. It was the best roast dinner in Richmond!

The food was fantastic, the staff were excellent, especially Luka who stood out. The kids enjoyed their meals and the outdoor playground was a hit. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
