Wiggle Room is by far one of my favorite watering holes in Louisville. From the drinks, to the staff, to the vibes, the Wiggle Room never misses. One of my favorite things is that they play random movies during the day/early evening or when there's not an event that night. I've only visited this restaurant twice, but both times I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the drinks. I just found out that they are closing on August 7, 2022, according to their Facebook page. I believe they opened in early 2022 and are located on the second floor of the former Hopcat spot. The same owners also run Merryweather on Lydia Street in Schnitzelburg. I had such high hopes for this place, and it's truly disheartening to see it closing, especially alongside so many other fantastic businesses in Louisville. I usually visit this restaurant when my friends invite me. The location is great, and I really like their rooftop area. There's a dance floor, and it tends to get quite crowded on weekends. I typically enjoy sipping scotch neat for a fun night out. However, I'm disappointed that they serve it in plastic cups instead of proper glasses, which is what I prefer for enjoying scotch. While I understand their reasoning for using plastic—to avoid accidents with drunk patrons—I have been to other establishments where they serve drinks in appropriate glassware. This is the only aspect that detracts from my experience when I come here.

Bar was fine, music was fine, prices are fine. Would recommend.Sound system on outdoor patio is really terrible. It rattles like it's broken, the volume control is a painful roller coaster, the bass is broken so the treble screeches into your soul.Really a good experience except for the speakers outside
A nice, newer bar/ club with a hip but retro vibe. Most nights they have a theme going on which makes it fun. Happy hr is from 5-7, and on Thursdays thru have $1 beer all day.
What happened to this bar?! It used to have great music, but now it’s just a DJ shouting instructions for the Macarena!
Beyond hip and cool, the place reeks of tight skinny jeans and funky mustaches. The HIT is one helluva cocktail.
