Decided to give this place a try since it reopened in a new location after the renovations at the old location.It has definitely gone a bit more upmarket and hipster in a way. Prices have gone up as well but the food portions seem to have increased from what I remember. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, decent portions give this place a tick. Just nit picking, the smashed avo was more of a purée. I'd come back here and try their lunch menu next time.
Isn't it a great feeling when you approach the counter at a cafe, and the barista asks 'The usual?'! Yes, that's what happens at This Cafe - a funky place in Gungahlin, a few doors down from Vinnies.Staff are courteous, cheerful and friendly, service is good. Coffee is good too and the cakes are not expensive. We have yet to try the food in the new location, but previously found it to be really quite good.
I've been a regular since the cafe reopened. There's always a friendly welcome and its alive with a neighborhood buzz. The coffee and hot chocolate are always good. Nobody is alone here because if you are by yourself staff make a point of saying hello and making you feel extra welcome. A true delight in the hood!

Had to try out an old favorite at their new address. was a bit disappointed ,and not sure if I will go back. Seats/menu and atmosphere and location not as good.
I went for breakfast today. This place is lovely coffee very good and breakfast wonderful. Service is great always smiling and happy staff.
