we knew that they had a pretty big function they cared for so our service was a little slow. no care. the staff was very friendly. eating when it arrived was very well presented and delicious. good price for a good standard pub restaurant. I wouldn't have a problem returning to this pub.
Nice quiet lunch. Good food, I enjoyed my pie which actually tasted of the ingredients. Pleasant service. Portions are good but not too large, lots of vegetables. A good place for lunch.
