Hands down the WORST Tim Hortons EVER...I Cant even give rating due to the fact we never got served!!! 1st of all there was basically nothing...barely had any donuts or anything else for that matter...the first day the cashier had no idea on what she was doing and on top of that she was having a full blown conversation with each customer as the line was out the door and gowing...turned around went through drive through which was insanely slow but fast the indoors keep in mind the only Timmies in townToday Day 2...stood in line for 25 mins before even getting to the cash and once we got there the cashier left and took 10 mins to make 2 drinks for the previous customers while 8 other staff mem...
Just saw a Tim Hortons commercial on TV stating that coffee is made fresh every 20 minutes. And this prompt me to write this review as my recent experience indicates otherwise. We drove to Saint-Sauveur for dinner, as restaurants are closed In Montreal, after which we decided to take our coffee at the local Timmy’s. What a mistake; the coffee was at least 120 minutes old, non-drinkable. Quite a disappointment. Needles to say we left two full cups of stale coffee behind.
Went last week, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. The hash brows were completely cold, not even a little warm. I went again yesterday and ordered the same thing, and the hash browns were certainly not cold as they did not give me any, even though I ordered them and was charged for them. This Tim Hortons is dreadful. I used to live in Saint Lazare and the service at the Tim’s there was just fantastic.
I would give 0 stars if I could. asked for a caprese sandwich, but they were out of baguette, asked for a limonade, but they were out, asked for toast with butter and Cheddar cheese and I was burned toast without butter and 1 slice of Cheddar cheese when normally it is 3. worst service. the guy had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for a good time.
I asked for a simple bagel without a cream cheese or some kind of topping, they gave me a bagel full of cream cheese. I asked about a croissant, got charged for it and they didn't even give it to me. I asked a package without sauce, they gave it to me with sauce. this tim hortons is the worst thing I've ever been.
Went to another Tim's first, but they had no doughnuts.Not a great selection here, but the service was friendly.Very slow though, I'm sure that is due to lack of staff, just like everywhere else.Be patient folks, and have a happy holiday season
It was so bad!!!! Staff is not good at all. My suggestion is never visit this at all. Even coffee is also not good moreover staff is not behaving good!!
in any case the worst hours of hortons I've ever had. 20 minutes in the drive through and after watching every other car before me gave the same.
The drive through took me 30 minutes...Ridiculous. Go to the McDonald's across the street
